Missed Appointments
Please understand that massage therapists only get paid when they deliver a service... therefore missed appointments are costly for us and prevent us from catering to other clients. Imagine showing up for work and not getting paid. It's very frustrating!
That said, my policy is simple. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the missed appointment fee of $50.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel a booking, please contact me within 24 hours of your appointment. Someone else might be able to fill your spot. If I do not hear from you within this time frame, and you do not keep your appointment, the above policy will be applied.
